We are making various types of Web Sealer Machine. Mainly, in web sealer your product is wrapped by LDPE Shrink film. We have made different kinds of Web sealers according to Production wise, Size wise & Industry wise. It is also known as Shrink wrapping & Group packing machine.

There are three types of Web Sealer Machine:-

1.) Manual type shrink wrapping Machine 2.) Semi-automatic Shrink wrapping Machine 3.) Fully Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine 4.) Fully automatic Shrink wrapping machine with three side sealing

1.) Manual Shrink Wrapping Machine:-

It is work in three steps. First of all you should put product then seal it and then have to go it in tunnel. In Manual shrink wrapping all of these are done manually. We will understand this by taking example of Battery. If You want to pack battery with shrink film then first of all you have to put battery on to machine. Secondly you should wrap bettery with LDPE Shrink film manually and then seal it with manual hand sealer.

Shrink packing machine in india:-

Your battery is wrapped with shrink film. Now you have to take battery and put it under tunnel. So, the bettery is getting out from tunnel after heat shrink automatically. The same process you can do with other products like Water bottle, Corrugated Box packing, Soft drink industry, etc.

2.)Semi-automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine:-

It is most common used machine in film heat sealing machine because of its design & economical advantage. How Semi-automatic shrink wrapping machine works:- We will understand this by taking an example of one product. If you want to wrap water bottle with semi shrink wrap then how can you do that we are explaining this step-by-step.

How to use shrink wrap machine:-

So, First of all you have to put 12 water bottles of 1 litre on to web sealer. Then you have to give command 'START'. After that Automatic Air cylinders will take bottles under machine. and film is wrapped around its 3 sides automatically, then it will be sealed by one more cylinder. After this process you can see water bottle is wrapped around all of 4 sides and there is open space in 2 sides are visible to you.

Shrink wrapping machine Price:-

shrink wrapper machine price is depend on product size and product type but approx. price 3 lac to max 20 mac machine. When you put other 12 water bottles more on machine and give command 'START' then automatically first packet will go in conveyor of shrink tunnel. and that conveyor will take packet in shrink tunnel for heat sealing  and then getting it out after sealing. We can do this same process for any product like Soft drink packing, Phenyl bottle packing, Oil bottle packing, Battery, etc.

What is the packing cost of water bottle with shrink wrapping machine? It is depend upon bottle size. But we can calculate assuming 1Ltr. bottle. So, In 1Ltr. bottle Shrink film is used approx 35 to 40gm. Per kg.film price approx 135 to 150kg. So we calculate assuming 140 Rs. In 1kg approx 23 to 25 pack will be done, and 1 Pack price is 5.5 rupees to max 6.5 rupees + 0.5 to to 0.75 electricity per packet. So, max to max it will finished in 7 to 7.25 rupees. It is vary according to film width, film micron and plastic film price.

3.) Fully Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine:-

The main difference in between Semi Automatic and Fully Automatic machine is in Semi Automatic you have to put product in machine with your hands. and In Automatic Shrink wrapping machine Either your product is already coming from your other conveyor and then enter in our machine conveyor and gets shrink wrapped with shrik film Or You put your products in bulk  and it gets wrapped one-by-one with shrink film. 4.) Fully Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine with three side sealing:-

In Fully Automatic Shrink wrapping Your product is seal from four sides and has open space in 2 sides. Whereas In this there are three sealers, So with the help of this your product is sealed from three sides and whole product is get packed. This machine is can't use in Beverages & Soft drink Industry because handling won't work for catching from sides. Mainly this is used in Paper Industry & Food Industry, Chemical Industry and when we need to pack any corrugated box full packing.
