Difference between Horizontal Coil packer Machine & Vertical Coil Wrapping Machine:-
Suppose you have coil based product to wrapped and you are confused between Horizontal and Vertical Coil wrapping machine about which should be used to wrap that.
So we are clearing this confusion with the help of distinguish between them.
When self weight of product coil is less than 25kg, Inner diameter is 200mm to 500mm, Outer diameter is 300mm to 700mm, width is 50mm to 150mm then we prefer Horizontal Coil wrapping machine.
Therefore, when Self weight of product coil is higher than 50kg, Inner diameter is more than 400mm, Product Coil Outer diameter is more than 600mm,
Width is 200mm to 500mm then we suggest you to go with Vertical coil wrapping machine.
Also, In Horizontal wrapping machine product is wrapped in Horizontal Direction and In vertical wrapping machine product is wrapped in Vertical Direction.
Limitations Of Horizontal and Vertical Coil wrapper :-
If Inner diameter of product coil is low, Outer diameter is low, & width is also low but self-weight is high in that case also do not pick Horizontal Coil wrapping machine because
then there is difficulties in loading & unloading.
If Inner diameter of product coil is more than 400mm, Outer diameter is more than 600mm, & width is 200mm to 500mm but self-weight is low in that case also do not choose
Vertical Coil wrapping because then finishing won’t come in wrapping.
